UK Mainland *delivery costs for Orders up to: £12.00 = £4.95+vat

Any order above £12.00 - Delivery cost is £6.95+vat

*Regional exclusions apply.

e.g. Ireland, Northern Ireland**, Channel Islands and Isle of Man are all £14.95+vat Delivery Charge 

For Northern Ireland only, orders under £12.00 in value can be sent by Recorded Delivery at a cost of £5.95+vat

Normal delivery is via Parcelforce, 48 hour service. If you are not at home to receive your "Smiles", Parcelforce give you the option to ask for re-delivery or collection from your local Post Office. 

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery timescales are not guaranteed and and we advise customers NOT to wait in for deliveries.

Customers in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take at least one extra working day to arrive

Stock Availability

We always endeavour to keep stock accurate and up to date on our Website, however, all items are subject to available stock at the point of picking for your order. If items are found to be out of stock, we may either replace with a similar, equivalent item of equal or greater value or refund the value of that line to you.
